I had to post a quick pic of this! We hit a restaurant yesterday to try Masala Dosa- an Indian treat of curried potatoes inside a crispy pancake type shell. We ordered a larger one to share, and look what we got! The potato part is much smaller than the shell itself so were able to eat most of it, though we hobbled out of the restaurant and walked for a bit to burn it off. 
I'm sure both of my mom's are quite jealous!

Yum! I had a (much smaller!!) masala dhosa for my first breakfast meal in New Delhi. We have lots of good food memories -- if you're looking for a fantastic restaurant in New Delhi, we loved the restaurant at The Manor boutique hotel. Happy eating!

Dosas!! What memories that brings back. Although the ones we had look nothing like this! You must have laughed out load when it arrived at your table!
