Surprise!! New Pictures!!

So we just a got a surprise email today. A parent who has adopted two children from ISRC(Zaleeya's Orphanage) happened to be in India a few weeks ago and stopped there to take pictures of the children. He said they were all napping when he got there, so hence the sleepy eyes. Some of the other pictures included her in a playpen with other babies which was really cute to see, but we've left them off the blog to respect the privacy of the other children and their families. So far, everything is progressing on schedule, and hopefully it will continue to do so. Zeena leaves for Mumbai (formally known as Bombay) this Sunday. She and her Dad will be staying there for about 2 weeks. Azeem is scheduled to fly out and meet them on October 13th, however his departure is contingent on the paperwork process moving on schedule. This is the tentative schedule right now, anything can change at the last minute, and we've learned that you have to expect last minute changes, it's just part of the process.

Hi! Our girls were cribmates in those photos.. (no worries if you ever post her photo).. Satarupa (we are naming her Devika).
We will probably be traveling at the same time - we rec'd guardianship on the same day and were also waiting for ~7 months. Happy time now isn't it?? Zaleeya is gorgeous! Her eyes look like our first daughter, Maya's.

Hope to meet you sometime - maybe in Kolkata, picking up our babies. Would luv to find out about your upcoming travels. We will be traveling to Goa for ~5 nights prior to Kolkata.. so I don't know if we will end up being in the area at the same time or not.
Anyhow, feel free to email me personally at akotha2003@yahoo.com - if you find a minute (and you might not..)! I blog at: www.greathopes.blogspot.com.
